This weight loss method involves - as the name implies - drinking a lot. However, "kefir days" or "discharging into green tea" 1 day a week is useful for everyone, regardless of chronic illness.

You just need to give up solid foods. Everything that is drunk can be introduced into the body without restrictions. The caloric content is not very limited. It all depends on the goal you want to achieve in the final stage.

Those who have tried the drink diet as a method of losing weight admit that the first 7 days are very difficult. Everything is irritating, insomnia appears on the second day, constant crying, dizziness.

But then the lightness is felt throughout the body, it seems that wings have grown behind the back. 30 days fly as one.

Why is a good diet? It cleanses the body, reduces weight and, at the same time, the products that are introduced in the diet are selected by you.

Types of food diet

  • 7-day drinking diet

The weight is reduced by 3-4 kg, but as the body is satisfied with the "food oscillation", the kilograms also return quickly. The slimming effect is achieved mainly by eliminating fluids.

  • Diet to drink chocolate

The shock drink diet is a delicious drink diet for 7 days.

Since this diet is a single drink diet, it is clear that the menu includes 1-2 drinks. During it, they drink not only liquids, but tonic drinks: coffee and cocoa. This diet is also followed for a week. If it is very difficult to maintain this menu, you can add milk to the drinks before bedtime.

This diet is a real shock to the body, so it should not be applied more than once a year, and just before an event for which you urgently need to lose 3 to 4 kg. Notify immediately - they return quickly.

  • Drinking a diet with green vitamins

This is a very interesting diet, also for 7 days. During this, drinks saturated with dietary fiber enter the body, which cleans it perfectly from toxins.

  • Drinking diet for 30 days

The most effective diet is considered 30 days. This is not just a diet to lose weight, but a complete program that helps to cleanse the entire body completely. In the first week, the body is restructured, its surface cleansing, it adjusts to the new diet. In the first decade, the stomach and lungs are cleaned, then the liver and kidneys. At the end of the diet, cell structures are cleaned. The weight decreases on its own, even if the caloric content of the liquid food introduced into the body is kept at 1600-1800 kcal per day. During that time, you can lose about 10 kg.

What can you drink?

The basic principle of nutrition, as already mentioned, is to consume all foods only in liquid form. But that does not mean that for 30 days you will only have to drink water and eat nothing. Don't just drink sweet, alcoholic and carbonated drinks.

All other drinks are allowed. Among them:

  • milkshakes;
  • vegetarian cocktails;
  • puree soups;
  • juices;
  • unsweetened cocoa;
  • unsweetened tea;
  • coffee without sugar;
  • smoothies.

Food diet menu

A typical drink diet for 1 day may include the following foods.

  • Still or ordinary mineral water - at least 1. 5 liters per day.
  • Broth based on fish, meat, poultry, roots or pureed soups with vegetables. It is advisable to abandon potatoes. No fast food options - everything is prepared using only natural products.
  • Dairy and fermented dairy products, fat content not exceeding 2. 5%. Fermented milk, kefir, milk, yogurt, katyk, varenets, ayran.
  • Juices: with and without pulp. You can also buy products from the store, but you need to carefully read what is written on the packaging. It is desirable that the juice is free of citric acid and harmful preservatives.
  • Coffee is allowed, but it should be drunk with caution - it causes a feeling of appetite.
  • Any tea can be consumed.
  • You are allowed to enjoy cocoa.
  • If you want to add lemon juice to tea, cocoa or coffee - welcome, these drinks with added milk are also good.
  • Any type of jam is allowed: berry, fruit, even nutritious - oats. The latter should not be brought to the consistency of a jelly.

Dietary recipes for drinking

Green cocktails

All green smoothies are beaten in a blender and can be as follows:

  • Smoothie: a glass of red grape juice, a banana, an orange, a handful of lettuce leaves, a glass of water.
  • Calcium cocktail: Tomato, a bunch of dandelion leaves, water and salt.
  • Healthy cocktail: some kiwis, an orange, 4 leaves of red lettuce, 2 glasses of water, 2 leaves of aloe vera, a few glasses of seedless nutmeg or red grapes.
  • Super cocktail: mango, some mint leaves, pear, lots of weeds: nettle, dandelion, banana.

Pure soups

  • Green peas. The flour is diluted with hot milk and a drop of butter, boiled for about 15 minutes, passed through a sieve, mixed with grated peas, beaten in a blender. 400 g of peas, half a teaspoon of butter, a tablespoon of flour, 2 glasses of milk.
  • Vegetable soup. Potatoes, peeled paprika, cauliflower, carrots and onions are boiled in chicken broth. After the vegetables are ready, the onion is removed, the rest is mixed in a blender.

The consistency of soups should be easy to drink.

Abandoning the diet

Abandoning the drink diet is very slow. If you have been on this diet for a month, you will have to get used to the usual diet for at least 60 days. First, the morning intake of liquid food is replaced by a viscous porridge dish: oats, oats, buckwheat flakes. Do not drink porridge for 2 hours.

A week later, they remember having breakfast a month or a week ago and replacing their morning meal with a normal meal and taking porridge for lunch. Dinner is still "drinkable and dietary".

Week 3 - drink again for breakfast, plus porridge for lunch. And at night they eat fruits or vegetables rich in fiber. The oil has not yet been introduced into the diet.

Week 4 - lunch already consists of a small portion of fresh meat or fish, an accompaniment of cereals and salad. For dinner - kefir and fruit.

At week 5, 1 meal is already normal, the daily menu is selected according to well-being, but 1 meal is still drink.

It is possible to switch to a normal diet only after 7-8 weeks.
